What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your Wobo subscription, you lose access to your workbooks and all student data on your next billing date. For example, if you pay for your subscription on the 1st of each month, if you cancel on the 14th, you will have access to your account for another 2 weeks.
Once you cancel, students will no longer be able to access the digital version of their workbooks.
Click “Update my billing information” on the Billing & Plans page to view your billing history and next billing date.

- Click the user icon in the top toolbar and choose “Settings”
- Choose “Billing & Plans” in the left menu
- Choose “Cancel plan” at the bottom of the screen.
- A pop-up will appear which will provide a link to view your next payment date. Choose “Yes, cancel my plan” to cancel.
