Inviting your team to Wobo
To add members of your team, coaches, or external partners to your Wobo account:
- In the top navigation bar, click Settings.
- Choose Members from the left menu.
- Click the “Add Member” button at the top of the screen.
- Enter your team member’s name, email, and role and click Save to send them an email invite to join your team in Wobo. Continue reading to learn more about roles and permissions.
Determine permissions by assigning Roles
You can choose the permissions an invited user has within Wobo using roles. When you invite a user, you can choose their role so that they have the proper permissions upon first logging in.
Partner
A member of your team with partner role has the following permissions:
CAN
- View, edit, and publish changes to existing workbooks.
- Create new workbooks
- View student responses
- Invite students
CAN NOT
- Delete workbooks
- View or edit billing information
- Invite other team members
- Delete students
Viewer
A member of your team with viewer role has the following permissions:
CAN
- Preview workbooks
- View student list
- View student responses
CAN NOT
- View, edit, and publish changes to existing workbooks.
- Create new workbooks
- Delete workbooks
- View or edit billing information
- Invite other team members
- Invite students
- Delete students
The account creator is the only one you can invite members, view and edit billing information, and delete entire workbooks and students.
Delete a member from your account
To remove a member from your Wobo account:
- In the top navigation bar, click Settings.
- Choose Members from the left menu.
- Click the [...] menu beside the member you wish to delete and click “Delete”. Their access will be revoked immediately.
