Added a new section type: drop downs. This allows instructors to create a list of pre-determined options that students can choose in their response.

Implemented the ability for users to change their email from the one used to originally sign up. Users will need to confirm their new email address, and if the Thinkific app is installed, the new email will also need to be a Thinkific admin.
Updated workbook preview mode to make it easier to navigate
Fixed an issue affecting users on small screens.
