What is User Engagement Dashboard?
The User Engagement Dashboard gives you a clear overview of how users are interacting with your workbook. It brings together key metrics such as total users, response rate, average modules opened, and average workbook completion percentage. You can also view response rates for each section of the workbook, making it easier to understand where users are engaging most or where they may be dropping off. For multiple choice questions, the dashboard includes visual charts that help you quickly spot trends and patterns in user behavior.
This feature is designed to help you monitor engagement at a glance and understand user activity, completion progress, and response trends within a single dashboard.
Currently available only for Pro and Enterprise plan users.
