    How to enable Comments?

    Commenting

    Commenting is a feature that allows creators to communicate and collaborate with their students, give feedback and answer their questions by adding comments in particular sections of Wobo worksheets.

    Commenting can only be enabled by the Wobo account admin.

    How to enable Comments?

    1. Login to your Wobo account and create a workbook by clicking the “+ New workbook” button. Get started using your quick start guide here.
    2. In the Comment Settings tab, enable the toggle button for Commenting.

    1. In the Course Name field, enter the name of your course that will appear in email notifications for your students.
    1. In the Access URL field, provide URL that your students will need to access your course from the email notification they will receive.
    2. If you have embedded your course on another platform, you can enter your course URL here as shown in the example.

    3. Enable the Notifications toggle button, if you want to automatically notify students when they've received a comment on their worksheets.
    4. When you enable toggle button, your students will be notified via email that you have left a comment on their worksheets.

    If a creator disable the Notifications toggle button, student have to view the worksheet to know that instructor has left a comment.

    Following is an example of email notification that the students will receive from their instructor. The “See Comments” button will direct the students towards the URL you have provided in the Access URL field.

    1. The Send Test Email button will send a sample email to your account containing Course Name, Access URL and other details.
    2. You can preview the email notification that your student will receive whenever you add a comment via this button.

    1. When you have finalized the Comment Settings, click on “Save Settings” button to save the settings.

    How to add and view Comments?

    Creator

    1. Creators can authorize comments by enabling Comment Settings.
    2. To add comments in worksheets, go to creator dashboard > Click on “View students”.

    1. On the View students page, click on “View workbook” button.

    1. You can add and view comments under the following sections in worksheet modules:
    • Question & Answer, Table, Fill in the Blanks and Notes Area

    Student

    1. To add comments in worksheets, click on “Go to Wobo” button in the email notification.

    1. If the creator has embedded Wobo on another platform for example Thinkific, “Go to Wobo” button will direct the students towards that specific Thinkific URL.

    1. Student can then add and view comments.

    1. Alternatively, if student have a Wobo account they can, go to student dashboard > Click on “View ” button to add comments.

    Partner

    1. To add comments in worksheets, go to member dashboard > Click on “View students”.
